Accounts

Users must meet the applicable minimum age, provide accurate information and protect account credentials.

User content

You retain ownership. You grant My Indie Library a non-exclusive licence to host, format, display and distribute submitted material only as needed to operate, moderate and promote the service. You confirm that you have permission to use every cover, image, description and link submitted.

Book listings and reviews

Listings may be reviewed, corrected, rejected or removed. Reviews must be genuine; fake, purchased, reciprocal, coerced or automated reviews may be removed.

Prohibited conduct

• copyright infringement or false authorship;
• fraud, malware, scams or deceptive links;
• harassment, threats, hate speech or doxxing;
• review manipulation, spam or security bypass;
• any unlawful activity.

Featured Campaigns

An author may request consideration. A request is not an acceptance or purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a campaign may include 21 days of homepage placement, one short TikTok reel, one static Instagram image and links from the app. Up to 20 campaigns may run at once. No sales, views or engagement are guaranteed.

Payments

No campaign payment is processed inside the Android app. If paid services become available, price, payment method, taxes, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed outside the app before acceptance and only when legally available.

Moderation and termination

We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts and preserve evidence where necessary.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
