Report infringement

Email indielibrarycustomerservice@gmail.com with your contact details, identification of the protected work, exact listing or URL, explanation, statement of accuracy and authority, and signature.

Review and counter-notice

We may restrict or remove content while reviewing a credible complaint. A user who believes removal was mistaken may identify the content, explain the lawful basis and provide contact details and a signature.

Repeat infringement

Repeated or serious infringement may result in suspension or termination.

Ownership

Submitting a book does not transfer ownership to My Indie Library; only the limited licence in the Terms applies.
