Content Moderation Policy

My Indie Library may review books, covers, descriptions, profiles, reviews, ratings, links, usernames and promotion requests.

In-app safeguards

The Android app should provide clearly labelled controls to report content, report users, block users where interactions exist, and contact support or appeal.

Process

1. A report is received.
2. Content, context and account history are reviewed.
3. Urgent safety or legal risks may be handled immediately.
4. A proportionate decision is recorded.

Possible actions

No action, warning, correction, removal, loss of promotional eligibility, restriction, suspension, termination or referral to authorities where required.

Appeals

Email indielibrarycustomerservice@gmail.com with the account email, affected content and reasons for appeal.
